You can always push back your next order if it’s coming too soon, or move it up earlier if it's not coming soon enough by following these simple steps:
- Log into your Firstleaf account to view your upcoming shipment
- Click on the date your next shipment is scheduled to arrive on
- A calendar will pop up and you can select any date you’d like
By hitting 'update' this will lock in your arrival date.
If you view your wines and hit 'checkout', this will reserve your wines and charge your card without affecting the arrival date.
Please note: If your order has already processed, the arrival date cannot be edited from the Firstleaf site. You can contact our Member Experience team and we can make updates to the arrival date of an order that has already processed. Please keep in mind- there is constraints as to how far in advance we can reschedule a delivery if it has already shipped.
