Is your next order coming too soon and you’d like to cancel? Not a problem! As long as your order has not processed yet, you can change the arrival date at any time. This way the wines only arrive when you’d like them to.
Moving the arrival date effectively ‘cancels’ the order, as we only charge you once you’ve checked out. All orders are automatically charged on the day it’s set to ship, which is approx 1-4 days before delivery is scheduled.
You can always change the date the wines will arrive by following these easy steps:
- Log into your account here
- Scroll down to Your Next Club Shipment
- Click on the orange button that shows your club shipment date
- Select any date that works for you on the calendar that that pops up
To remind you of the date of your automatic checkout, we’ll send you email notifications in advance to let you know your order is about to process. However, once an order has been charged/processed, we can’t cancel it as, by that point, it’s already been sent to UPS to be shipped.
If an order is returned to us, you will be subject to a $20.00 restocking fee.
