Is your next order coming too soon and you’d like to cancel? Not a problem! You’re free to change the arrival date of your next order through your Firstleaf account, so that way the wines only arrive when you’d like them to.
Moving the arrival date effectively ‘cancels’ the order, as we only charge you once you’ve checked out. All orders are automatically charged on the day it’s set to ship, which is approx 1-4 days before delivery is scheduled.
You can always change the date the wines will arrive by following these easy steps:
1. Go to our website at firstleaf.club
2. Log in using your email address and password
3. Above your next order, click on the “Arrives on” date underlined in orange.
4. A calendar will pop-up and you can change the next arrival date to whatever you’d like
To remind you of the date of your automatic checkout, we’ll send you email notifications in advance to let you know your order is about to process. However, once an order has been charged/processed, we can’t cancel it as, by that point, it’s already been sent to UPS to be shipped.
