As more and more people begin to practice social distancing to limit the spread of the coronavirus, our shipping providers have made some changes to help them in their efforts. To that end, our providers have moved to contactless shipping, which allows them to deliver your wines while maximizing social distancing.
That means you can get your wines while reducing your exposure to the coronavirus. Here’s how it works:
* When your wines arrive, your delivery driver will ask you to present your ID from a safe distance.
* Your driver will confirm the details on your ID and mark your package as delivered and signed for.
* Your driver will then drop off your wines. They’ll leave, and you can bring them inside, having had no direct contact with your driver.
We all have to do our part to help fight the spread of the coronavirus. With contactless shipping, you now have a safe and convenient way to get your wines.
Please note - all drivers are meant to be verifying your age and identity. However, we have found that in these unprecedented times, some drivers will leave the package without a signature. This usually occurs if you have a regular FedEx/UPS driver that has delivered several packages to you.
